Return & Refund Policy – Art with Cho
At Art with Cho, every item is thoughtfully hand-illustrated and carefully packaged. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.
Refunds & Cancellations
🔸️Orders can only be cancelled or refunded if they have not yet been shipped.
🔸️Once your order has been shipped, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
🔸️Replacement will be sent for damaged or incorrect Items.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:
🔹️A damaged item
🔹️A defective product
🔹️The wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
🔹️Your order number
🔹️A photo of the issue
🔹️We will gladly send a replacement or resolve the issue.
Lost Mail (Lettermail – No Tracking)
Most paper items (stickers, bookmarks, cards) are shipped via Canada Post lettermail without tracking to keep shipping costs low.
Because of this:
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
If your mail is lost after a reasonable waiting period, please reach out and we will do our best to help, including offering a replacement when possible
Estimated delivery times:
🔸️Canada: 5–15 business days
🔸️USA: 7–30 business days
🔸️International: 10–40+ business days
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
🔸️Change of mind
🔸️Incorrect address provided by the customer
🔸️Minor variations (color, cut, or handmade imperfections)
