First, please check your shipping confirmation email to see whether you selected untracked lettermail or tracked parcel shipping.

Untracked Lettermail

Untracked lettermail does not include tracking or delivery updates.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window:

✦ Canada: Up to 3 weeks
✦ United States: Up to 6 weeks
✦ International: Up to 8 weeks

If the full delivery window has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please:

✦ Check your mailbox and usual mail delivery area
✦ Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct
✦ Check with other household members
✦ Contact me through the Shopify contact form

Please include your name and order number, and I’ll review your order and help with the next steps.

Tracked Parcels

If you selected tracked parcel shipping, please check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery issue, or your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier and reach out to me so I can help review the issue.

You do not need to wait for the untracked lettermail delivery window if your tracked parcel has a delivery issue.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
