Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from London, Ontario, Canada.
Do you collect VAT, customs taxes, or import duties at checkout?
No. Art with Cho does not collect VAT, customs duties, or import taxes at checkout.
Who is responsible for customs fees or taxes?
Any import taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage, or handling fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide except to European Union Countries. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.
USA 🇺🇸
Selected items are available to the United States. Paper goods such as stickers, greeting cards, and lightweight stationery are commonly available.
Due to changing tariff rules, customs requirements, and import costs, some items such as acrylic keychains, pins, or bulkier parcel products may be unavailable.
USA orders may ship by lettermail or parcel depending on the item ordered, only CUSMA approved items.
International 🌎
Many countries worldwide are available for shipping except European Union, as of December 2024, the GPSR law came into effect and because of it, we don't ship to EU at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times vary:
- Canada: 5 business days to 3 weeks
- USA: 1–6 weeks
- International: 2–8 weeks
Delays may happen due to customs or postal systems.

What shipping method do you use?
Flat paper items may ship by lettermail without tracking to keep shipping costs affordable. Parcel orders may ship with tracked services depending on items and destination.
Are shipping fees refundable if I change my mind?
Once an order has shipped, postage costs are generally non-refundable.
What can be shipped to the USA?
Due to changing import rules, tariffs, and shipping costs, some products may be temporarily unavailable for USA customers.
Paper goods such as stickers, bookmarks, greeting cards, and lightweight stationery are usually available.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Some orders include tracked shipping depending on the size, weight, and destination. Flat paper items may ship without tracking to keep costs lower.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Mail delays can happen due to customs, holidays, weather, or postal backlogs. If your estimated delivery time has passed, please allow another week then feel free to contact me.

Are your stickers handmade or waterproof?
Yes! Most of my stickers are handmade, unless stated Waterproof or dishwasher safe.
Most of my stickers are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. They are best for journals, laptops, notebooks, and indoor use.
If you plan to stick it to a water bottle - please hand wash only! Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and extreme heat for longest life.
All designs are hand-illustrated and packed with care by Cho of Art with Cho.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are handmade and small-batch, returns are usually not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or there is an order issue.
Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.

What is The Chonky Art Mail Club?
A monthly happy mail subscription filled with exclusive cute art inspired by self-love, body positivity, and embracing your chonky self! Expect adorable plus-sized characters, uplifting goodies, and fun surprises in your mailbox.
What do I get each month?
Each month’s mail may include items such as:
• Exclusive Die-cut stickers
• 5"x7" art print or postcard or bookmark
• Journaling Stricker Strip
• Membership Card
• Collectible loyalty sticker and win some prizes on your 10th month
• Activity Sheets (word search, coloring, mini games)
• A heartfelt letter from Cho
• Occasional surprise freebies
Are the designs exclusive?
Yes! Most items in the mail club are exclusive and made especially for subscribers, which means they may not be available in my shop.
When is the cutoff to join?
Mail cut-off date is every 15th of the month
If you join after the 15th, you will receive the next month’s theme
Example:
If you join between May 16th - June 15th → you’ll receive June’s mail
If you joined on June 16th - July 15th → you’ll receive July’s mail and so on...
What is the Shipping Schedule?
All mails will be shipped every 15th-20th of the previous month (for example: to get July's Mail, it will be shipped on June 15th-20th for it to arrive on the right month)
How do I subscribe?
Simply choose The Chonky Art Mail Club and select your country then add to cart and check out.
When will I be charged?
Your subscription starts the day you join, so you’ll be charged immediately upon sign-up. After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.
Example:
If you join on May 16, your next charge will be June 16.
Will I still get that month’s mail if I join late?
If you join before the monthly cutoff date, you’ll receive that month’s Chonky Art Mail. If you join after the cutoff, your subscription will start with the following month’s mail.

No, this is a snail mail club so we only ship this via lettermail and UNTRACKED to keep shipping cost free.

What are the loyalty stickers?
Subscribers receive collectible loyalty stickers to track their membership journey... stay long enough and you will unlock a special surprise prizes every 10th month of being a member. Simply snap a photo and message me for confirmation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle.
