Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from London, Ontario, Canada.
Do you collect VAT, customs taxes, or import duties at checkout?
No. Art with Cho does not collect VAT, customs duties, or import taxes at checkout. Any import taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage, or handling fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide except to European Union Countries. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.
USA 🇺🇸
Selected items are available to the United States. Paper goods such as stickers, greeting cards, and lightweight stationery are commonly available.
Due to changing tariff rules, customs requirements, and import costs, some items such as acrylic keychains, pins, or bulkier parcel products may be unavailable.
USA orders may ship by lettermail or parcel depending on the item ordered, only CUSMA approved items.
International 🌎
Many countries worldwide are available for shipping except European Union, as of December 2024, the GPSR law came into effect and because of it, we don't ship to EU at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times vary:
- Canada: 5 business days to 3 weeks
- USA: 1–6 weeks
- International: 2–8 weeks
Delays may happen due to customs or postal systems.
Please allow another week for delays then contact me if you haven't received your order so we can come up with a solution.
What shipping method do you use?
Flat paper items may ship by lettermail without tracking to keep shipping costs affordable. Parcel orders may ship with tracked services depending on items and destination.
Are shipping fees refundable if I change my mind?
Once an order has shipped, postage costs are generally non-refundable.
What can be shipped to the USA?
Due to changing import rules, tariffs, and shipping costs, some products may be temporarily unavailable for USA customers.
Paper goods such as stickers, bookmarks, greeting cards, and lightweight stationery are usually available.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Some orders include tracked shipping depending on the size, weight, and destination. Flat paper items may ship without tracking to keep costs lower.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Mail delays can happen due to customs, holidays, weather, or postal backlogs. If your estimated delivery time has passed, please allow another week then feel free to contact me.

Are your stickers handmade or waterproof?
Yes! Most of my stickers are handmade, unless stated Waterproof or dishwasher safe.
Most of my stickers are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. They are best for journals, laptops, notebooks, and indoor use.
If you plan to stick it to a water bottle - please hand wash only! Avoid soaking, dishwashers, and extreme heat for longest life.
All designs are hand-illustrated and packed with care by Cho of Art with Cho.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are handmade and small-batch, returns are usually not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or there is an order issue.
Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.

Are the designs exclusive?
Not all items are exclusive to the Mail Club. Some monthly designs, such as the art print and waterproof sticker, may also be available in my shop.
The Mail Club is designed to give you a better-value bundle of my art each month. I spend a lot of time illustrating and preparing each theme, and as the club is still growing, joining is an affordable way to receive a collection of my artwork together rather than purchasing each art print or sticker separately.

When is the cutoff to join?
The cut-off date is the 15th of every month.
Join on or before the 15th to receive the current month’s Mail Club theme.
If you join after the 15th, your membership will begin with the next month’s theme.
Example
✦ May 16 – June 15 → Receive June’s Mail
✦ June 16 – July 15 → Receive July’s Mail
✦ July 16 – August 15 → Receive August’s Mail
This same schedule continues each month. ♡
What is the Shipping Schedule?
Mail Club orders are shipped between the 15th–20th of the previous month to give your happy mail time to arrive during its featured month.
Example
✦ July’s Mail → Ships June 15–20
✦ August’s Mail → Ships July 15–20
✦ September’s Mail → Ships August 15–20
Please note: Delivery times vary by location and postal service, so arrival within the featured month is not guaranteed.
How long does shipping take?
Mail Club orders are sent by untracked lettermail.

When will I be charged?
Subscription Billing
Your subscription starts the day you join, and you’ll be charged immediately at sign-up.
After that, your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.
Example
✦ Join on May 16 → First payment on May 16
✦ Next payment → June 16
✦ Following payment → July 16
You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Will I still get that month’s mail if I join late?
Join on or before the 15th monthly cut-off to receive that month’s Chonky Art Mail.
If you join after the 15th, your subscription will begin with the following month’s mail.

Do you offer tracked shipping for the mail club?
No, this is a snail mail club so we only ship this via lettermail and UNTRACKED to keep shipping cost free.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Mail delays can happen due to customs, holidays, weather, or postal backlogs.
If the estimated delivery time has passed, please allow one additional week before contacting me about a missing order.

What if my mail gets lost?
Since lettermail is untracked, lost mail can occasionally happen. If your package hasn’t arrived after a reasonable delivery window, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help. Please allow another week from the estimated delivery times below:

What are the loyalty stickers?

Loyalty stickers are exclusively for active Chonky Art Mail Club subscribers. You’ll receive 1 collectible loyalty sticker each month to track your membership journey.
✦ Collect 1 loyalty sticker each month
✦ Complete your card on your 10th month
✦ Unlock a special surprise reward! ♡
Once your loyalty card is complete, take a photo and email it to artwithcho@gmail.com to claim your reward.
After your completed card is confirmed, I’ll send you a new loyalty card so you can start another round and work toward your next reward!
Please note: Rewards and new loyalty cards may be shipped separately from your regular monthly mail.
Loyalty stickers and rewards are available to Mail Club subscribers only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge.

Once cancelled, future automatic payments will stop.
If you have already been charged for the current month, cancelling does not refund that payment or cancel mail that has already been prepared or shipped.
Example: If your next billing date is June 16, cancel before June 16 to avoid being charged for the next renewal.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of the Chonky Art Mail Club, monthly mail is non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
If your mail arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.
If a return is approved for any reason, return shipping costs are the subscriber’s responsibility.
