Welcome to the shipping page for Art with Cho. All orders are packed with care and shipped from London, Ontario Canada. Processing times may vary depending on current order volume and shop updates, normally 2-5 business days.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to VAT, import taxes, and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price and are the buyerās responsibility.

Orders within Canada are typically shipped using standard lettermail or parcel services depending on the size of the order. Flat paper items such as stickers, bookmarks, and greeting cards may ship as lettermail to keep shipping affordable.
Estimated delivery times may range from 5 business days to 3 weeks depending on province, season, and postal traffic.

Selected items are available to the United States. Paper goods such as stickers, greeting cards, and lightweight stationery are commonly available.
Due to changing tariff rules, customs requirements, and import costs, some items such as acrylic keychains, pins, or bulkier parcel products may be unavailable.
USA orders may ship by lettermail or parcel depending on the item ordered, only CUSMA approved items.
Estimated delivery times may range from 10 business days to 6 weeks depending on your country's postal service.

Many countries worldwide are available for shipping except Middle East and European Union, as of December 2024, the GPSR law came into effect for EU and because of it, we don't ship to EU at this time.
International delivery times vary greatly by country and customs processing. Please allow 2-8 weeks delivery.
Customs, VAT & Import Fees
Taxes, VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, or import charges are not collected at checkout. Any charges requested by your countryās customs authority or delivery carrier are the buyerās responsibility if applicable.

Return & Refund Policy ā Art with Cho
At Art with Cho, every item is thoughtfully hand-illustrated and carefully packaged. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.
Refunds & Cancellations
šøļøOrders can only be cancelled or refunded if they have not yet been shipped.
šøļøOnce your order has been shipped, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
šøļøReplacement will be sent for damaged or incorrect Items.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

Lost Mail (Lettermail ā No Tracking)
Most paper items (stickers, bookmarks, cards) are shipped via Canada Post lettermail without tracking to keep shipping costs low.
Because of this:
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
If your mail is lost after a reasonable waiting period, please reach out and we will do our best to help, including offering a replacement when possible
