What Can Be Shipped?
Most paper goods and lightweight items are available to U.S. customers, including:

Some products, including acrylic keychains, pins, and larger parcel items, may not be available due to current tariff, customs, and import requirements.
If an item is available for U.S. shipping at checkout, it can be ordered.
How Will My Order Ship?
Orders may be sent by untracked lettermail or parcel service, depending on the products purchased.
If your order is shipped by untracked lettermail, there will be no tracking number or delivery updates after it has been mailed.
Will I Pay Import Fees?
U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or carrier fees when applicable.
Any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

Every Art with Cho order is carefully packed before shipping. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Orders may only be cancelled or refunded before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped or dropped off with the postal service, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

⭐ CHONKY ART MAIL CLUB
The Chonky Art Mail Club is a monthly happy-mail subscription featuring a bundle of my artwork, stickers, activities, and special subscriber extras.
Monthly Cut-Off: 15th of each month
Join on or before the 15th to receive that month’s mail. Join after the 15th and your subscription begins with the following month’s theme.
Mail Club orders are normally shipped between the 15th–20th of the previous month.

Mail Club is shipped by untracked lettermail, so tracking and delivery updates are not available.

⭐ MAIL CLUB BILLING & CANCELLATION
Your subscription is charged on the day you join and automatically renews on the same date each month.
You can cancel anytime through Mail Club → Manage Subscription.
Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancelling does not refund a payment that has already been processed or mail that has already been prepared or shipped.

⭐ LOYALTY REWARDS
Active Mail Club subscribers receive 1 collectible loyalty sticker each month.
Complete your loyalty card on your 10th month to unlock a special surprise reward. Email a photo of your completed card to artwithcho@gmail.com to claim it.
After completing your card, you’ll receive a new loyalty card to start another round.
Rewards and new loyalty cards may be shipped separately from your monthly mail.
